***UPDATE*** Here are some of the comparison runs for the EVO vs stock throttle bodies.The horsepower numbers were intentionally left off, it is the comparison that is the focus. These runs were at the exact same room temperature with the exact same correction factor. Different engines are going to have different results, they all will not look exactly like this. And, until further notice, we are offering a guarantee. We will do back to back dyno tests against your current system and if you are not happy with the results we will give you a full refund and no charge for the dyno. Mike Dicely will be doing all the dyno tuning himself.
In addition, after a lot of dialing in the electronics for the EVO throttle bodies, Mike Dicely and team were able to achieve snappy throttle response and perfect part throttle tuning. Both engines gained both peak torque and peak horsepower. The Kawasaki dyno run was with the longer velocity stacks.
The short stack will yield even more top end. Both short and long stacks are included in the system, you do not need to purchase anything for different shaped tracks, just simply change stack lengths. A slightly different airbox design is coming soon that will enable changing stacks a breeze and eliminate the all the little screws.
We can tune this system through the ECU without a Power Commander. However, with the Power Commander you gain the ability to make slight changes yourself or put in different maps if you change engines. Then you don't have to spend hundreds of dollars to reflash your ECU each time you need to make a change.

The 06 and up Suzuki GSXR EVO system is also tested and ready to go, but we do not have back to back comparisons for that.
The 2013 and up Kawasaki 636 system is being programed now and will be ready to ship by the end of the year.

In Oval 600cc Sprint racing, the engine spends most of its time in the lower part of the RPM range. The exact RPM range varies depending on the shape of the track and the driver’s position on the track. The EVO Design Team analyzed dyno runs and data acquisition statistics and set out to improve the range between 8,000 and 13,000 RPM’s. These lower RPM’s are reached during passing, while recovering from mistakes (from the driver or by others), and of course on restarts.
The EVO Design Team relied on our 15 years of experience in dyno tuning, fuel injection conversions, and racing 600cc engines. We partnered with Kinsler Fuel Injection, taking full advantage of their expertise and experience in building super high quality throttle bodies and engine tuning through throttle bodies.
The EVO Design Team tested the first units on the dyno and on the track, with many different configurations of throttle body volume and shape as well as velocity stack shape and height.
